Building a GPT in Your MP’s Voice — Responsibly and Securely
AI use in parliamentary offices is accelerating — but tone control, governance and risk management need to keep pace.
We are hosting a live, instructor-led virtual session for experienced Office Managers and senior parliamentary staff who are already confident users of AI and want to implement it in a more structured, deliberate way.
Session details: 26th February 2026 from 1.30-4.30pm
This session will focus on:
• How large language models interpret prompts and where they fail
• Managing security and reputational risk in a parliamentary context
• Establishing a strong technical foundation before deployment
• Beginning the creation of a bespoke GPT using the Chat interface
• Exploring next-stage evolution via the Platform interface
The first half of the session ensures a shared, practical foundation — not a basic introduction, but the grounding required to build properly in the second half.
The second half moves into hands-on GPT construction using real transcript material to model tone and test consistency.
This is a focused, applied working session — not a theoretical overview.
Participants will receive preparation guidance one week in advance (including what materials to bring).
The session will not be recorded for privacy and security reasons.
If you are thinking seriously about how AI should operate in your office — not just how individuals experiment with it — this session is designed for you.
